Staghorn calculus

A 24 year boy, A J came with dull aching pain on the left flank since 4 months. He had passed some stones naturally in the past.

He underwent an IVP which showed that the whole of kidney was full of stones. Plus he had a variation in the anatomy called Bifid pelvi-calyceal system.

He underwent PCNL which was carried out through 3 holes in his kidney. Later on he underwent a lithotripsy session for tiny residual stone. He became totally stone free.
