Dr. Manish Dubey is a Navi Mumbai based urologist and co-founder of MITR Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Deeply entrenched in private practice he has been at the forefront of providing modern Urological care to the evolving and fast growing community of Navi Mumbai over last decade meeting the unique challenges that this city provides in terms of demography. His experiments with getting medical professionals working in cohesion and thus reducing the cost burden on healthcare have been well appreciated and emulated in medical fraternity. Establishing a unique joint working group of an adult and pediatric urologist led to starting of Hypospadias Foundation- a non-profit organisation dedicated to people with this genito-urinary malformation.

Dr.Nandita Dubey is a practicing Gynecologist and co-founder of MITR Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As a Gynecologist she has fully dedicated her practice to treating diseases in women exclusively by laparoscopy and endoscopy. This has given an impetus to the women healthcare in NaviMumbai and has set precedence in utilizing the best and latest technologies. This has resulted in painless and successful outcomes of surgical procedures which were previously unheard of. Her field work as invited surgical faculty in remote places of Maharashtra and some districts of Odisha and Kashmir has provided a rich experience in Indian women mind and ethos.

She has conducted educational programmes demonstrating endoscopic surgeries in workshop in Navi Mumbai and has presented her work in various local forums. Dr Nandita  is a  life member of American Association of Gynecology Laparoscopy (AAGL) ,  Indian Association of Gynaecology  Laparoscopy(IAGL) apart from national Gynecology bodies in India.

As a director of MITR Hospital, she looks at day to day management of the hospital and Human Resource Development.

Dr Amit Gharat

Dr Amit Gharat is a noted Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist practicing in the area of Panvel & Navi Mumbai.  Apart from busy gastroenterology practice, his keen interest in academics and technological aspects of endoscopy has taken him to various countries throughout Asia and Europe. He has implemented these in his own private practice and is very vociferous about it in national forums.
His training from TATA memorial hospital, Mumbai has given him impetus to work on collaborative projects assessing the treatment algorithms suitable in Indian scenario.
A “Hands on Endoscopy” training at University of Cattolica, Rome under Professor Costamagna who is President elect of the Italian Society of Digestive Endoscopy (SIED) and a member of the Board of the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE).
Dr Gharat is the Director at Mitr Hospital Kharghar and co-director of Aashi Diagnostics. As a Director, Dr Gharat is the joint incharge for Digestive Disease Centre (DDC) and takes care of Endoscopy unit along with Dr Vijaykumar Malladi. DDC aims to give complete solution to medical and surgical GI cases under one roof. Dr Gharat also contributes to management of human resources, finances and medical events at MITR Hospital.

Dr G Bharat Kumar is an Orthopedic and Joint Replacement surgeon, practicing in Navi Mumbai with an experience of 6 years. He Is one of the directors at MITR hospital, Kharghar heading orthopedic department and working as a full time consultant at MGM Hospital, Vashi.
He completed MBBS at D.Y. Patil Medical College, Kolhapur, D. Ortho from Sancheti Institute of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation, Pune and DNB(Ortho) from Jehangir Hospital, Pune. He completed his Fellowship in Arthroplasty with specialization in computer assisted surgery.
