Dr. Nandita Dubey is a dedicated gynecologist in Kharghar and the co-founder of MITR Healthcare Pvt Ltd. and Yuvani LLP. She has fully committed her practice to treating women’s diseases using minimally invasive techniques. Her patients benefit immensely from her expertise in laparoscopy, endoscopy, and robotics. This has significantly advanced women’s healthcare in Navi Mumbai, setting a precedent for utilizing the latest technologies. The painless and successful outcomes of her surgeries have led her to expand her skillset into the field of Cosmetic Gynecology, introducing surgical procedures that were previously unheard of. Her work as an invited surgical faculty in remote areas of Maharashtra, as well as districts in Odisha and Kashmir, has provided her with a rich understanding of the Indian women’s mindset and ethos.

She has conducted educational programmes demonstrating endoscopic surgeries in workshop in Navi Mumbai and has presented her work in various local forums.

Dr. Nandita  is a  life member of American Association of Gynecology Laparoscopy (AAGL) ,  Indian Association of Gynaecology  Laparoscopy(IAGL) apart from national Gynecology bodies in India.As a director and co-founder of MITR Hospital Pvt Ltd. and Yuvani LLP, she looks at day-to-day management of the hospital and Human Resource Development. She gets to pursue her entrepreneurial goal.
